Bedroom has modern decoration with a double bed. This is a bright and light room which catches the evening sunshine. We can also provide a cot/cotbed for a small child.
Twin beds can be provided instead of a double.
There is also a double sofa bed in the living room.

Large Living room has two large comfortable sofas, plus the double sofa bed, a modern wood burner, English Sky TV and a stereo. Views looking out over the garden and down to the lake.
Kitchen is fully fitted with electric oven, microwave, gas/electric hob and a fridge freezer. There is a toaster and kettle and includes all cutlery, utensils, cooking equipment and crockery. There is a dining table where you can enjoy a meal whilst looking out over the countryside
Bathroom has a bath, shower and wash basin and lovely views down to the lake. There is a seperate toilet with hand basin and a cloakroom.
All the rooms are spacious with high ceilings and large windows letting in maximum daylight. All windows also have multi position shutters.
There is a large garden at La Siauve with the 300 year old oak tree offering shade on a hot summers day. There are tables and chairs for you to relax on or dine. A BBQ is available on request.
Access to a washing machine is also available on request.
All towels and linen are provided. All gas and electric and wood for the fire are included in the price.
